Animal Sanctuaries and Rescue Organizations

Heaven can wait animal sanctuary

HCWS is regularly out in various low income neighborhoods trying to help control the pet overpopulation here in Las Vegas. The mobile vet clinic is a great option for people who have problems getting to our regular clinics, and it also enables us to target areas with the most feral cats.

Betty Honn's Animal Adoptions

Animal Adoptions, LTD. "Where the love of animals reigns supreme". Saving animals lives since 1968. Your help in making a donation will help us make more room for more animals to come in. Help us save more pets lives.

CLAW (Cat lovers around the world)

The goal of our organization is to trap, spay, neuter and inoculate feral and stray animals, cats mostly pets who are left behind when their former owners move away. These animals are turned loose to fend for themselves and repopulate at an alarming rate should they survive. They will have to overcome the desert heat, starvation, dehydration and other predators just for starters. Our organization feeds and waters 24/7 at various sites so that at least some of these animals will not die a slow and horrible death.

Southern Nevada Parrot Rescue

The Southern Nevada Parrot Education, Rescue & Rehoming Society (SNPERRS) is run by volunteers. Our members realize that there are many reasons why someone may need to give up a pet bird for adoption; circumstances change for everyone, and simply selling a beloved pet is not an option for many owners.
